Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Peach Lunch Card a credit card?
Not quite, but in terms of employee experience, it is used from their digital wallet just like a normal credit card.
Where can I use The Peach Lunch Card?
The Peach Lunch Card can be used anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. When setting up your account with your Dedicated Account Manager, you can select a geographic range around the office where the card will work. You can also set the hours it will work.
We ensure the Peach Lunch Card is only used for lunches, with geofencing (a limited and adjustable geographic range), vendor categories (e.g. dining), and time restrictions (typically 11am to 2pm weekdays). Some employers select a geographic range immediately surrounding the office, others choose a wider area so remote workers can enjoy lunch wherever they are.
No, the Peach Lunch Card can only be used to make purchases from restaurants, grocery stores and similar.
If an employee buys lunch at a time or place not allowed by their employer's Peach Lunch Card policy, the transaction is declined, and they receive a notification describing the reason.
Peach offers a digital card that can be used with a smartphone wherever contactless VISA is accepted. Simply select the Peach Lunch Card in your digital wallet and hold your device to the Point of Sale reader (Square, Clover, etc.).

The Peach Lunch Card can be used to order online where employer policy allows. We recommend using the Office Checkin feature, which requires employees check in at the physical office before ordering online with the Peach Lunch Card.

In some cases, you may prefer to allow specific restaurants or services.

Either way, the card is used online like a normal credit card, by entering a Credit Card Number, CVV, and office Zipcode.

At any time, employers can adjust subsidy amounts, the days cards are active, or the number of meals that can be redeemed per week. Cards can be activated or deactivated (in bulk or one at a time) as needed via the dashboard.
